So God gave his Son so that he can reap many precious sons – not many children (Jam. 5:7), and He awaits kings in whom these mysteries (riches) have become a living reality – long before they show up in heaven (Prov. 25:2)
Simply put, God earnestly wants to be known! He is “tired” of being unknown and perceived as “a mysterious God” by those whom he wants to indwell and walk in – those meant to become a fulfillment of the true definition of His people.
So by the breath of the Spirit, this company was christened “The Man-Child”. Our Lord Jesus has committed to raise unto God, many more sons like him, those who would endure his voice and thereby be fathered to become new born spirits – in their souls!
A peculiar kind of life has been in the custody of the godhead from eternity past, one that was so precious that it separated them from all creature. The godhead agreed to declassify the secret knowledge governing this life of theirs with man, so that man can become a peculiar treasure and a peculiar people unto God.
The hope of the gospel is to make us good; to make us much more precious than Gold in God’s sight (Isa. 13:12/1Pet. 1:7). Good men are made when Christ has preached himself (what makes him glad) to them and may this be our portion, amen.
Arming ourselves with this understanding would help us to appreciate our call to Sonship. The earthly days of our flesh has been given to us to prepare for our inheritance; to receive what the father deposited in Christ Jesus over decades.
OUR PASSPORT AND DIVINE ACCESS TO OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN MUST BE SECURED WHILE ON EARTH. GOD EXPECTS US TO COME INTO THE EXPERIENCE/FELLOWSHIP OF 1JN. 1:1-3 WHILE ON EARTH BECAUSE THIS WOULD DETERMINE OUR RECEPTION WHEN WE GET TO HEAVEN.
God has called us to seek an inheritance; a life that was never invented! He has and would continue to bless men with wisdom for witty inventions, but believers must be ready to treat them like God treats the works of His hands – “i.e. don’t be attached to them” like God is so unattached to heaven that he wants to “leave heaven”(P) and indwell men that have been decked with true riches/eternal glory.
Our understanding of God’s secrets would ultimately determine whether we would ultimately “make it to heaven” or “make it to the father. These are the two soul-states of those who won’t and those who would inherit the true riches/inheritance that has been stored up in Christ Jesus(F)
What our heavenly Father continues to expect from us today is a qualitative degree of pleasure that Old Testament faithful couldn’t upload; one that is eternally compliant with truth.
Simply put, there are things in the bible that can be mistaken for Life or Eternal Life, so zealously searching the scriptures doesn’t necessarily translate to finding God’s kind of life. So what Adam forsook on behalf of posterity was the learning of “The Word of God” – and this is the same temptation facing believers and ministers till date, some of who chose to settle for less or settle for various learning around the subject of faith that can’t deal with our depraved nature problem.
So as far as God is concerned, the problem of believers and pastors in the church today is not our lack of money, miraculous power e.t.c. but our lack of dominion over sin which is an after effect of not learning or being established in Christ’s Faith – i.e. God’s Faith.
