This is the description of the man in Christ, the corporate Christ that finds grace to trade the genetic makeup of his soul for that of God until he fully learns God – like Jesus did! God has committed unto our generation, the knowledge that saves the soul; the knowledge of the power of God which through Christ’s Faith leads to the salvation of our souls.
The soul of man is a vessel meant to house the treasure called the light of the knowledge of the glory of God! So in Christ Jesus, we learn to LIVE from above, and while living, we MOVE in the right direction – GODWARD.
The Sins of the soul are the sicknesses, infirmities or diseases of the soul (Ps. 103:1-3), and the cure for them all have been kept in the epistles of the New Testament! So the prescription for all the sicknesses and diseases of the soul is knowledge; not any kind of knowledge but THE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH (1Tim. 2:4) or THE KNOWLEDGE OF SALVATION (Lk. 1:77) or THE LAW OF TRUTH (Mal. 2:5-6/Jam. 1:25), which also is THE INCORRUPTIBLE WORD OR SEED (1Pet. 1:23) that SAVES THE SOUL (Jam. 1:21/1Pet. 1:23).
We can receive, internalize and naturalize with the Light called Christ such that He becomes our personal possession, and this is the goal of the New Testament. In a nutshell, we need our first spiritual eyes called Wisdom and Understanding (Eph. 1:18/Col. 1:9c/Prov. 7:4)
So preaching Christ is the art of motivating a soul with the promise of inheriting an incorruptible nature – that is higher than sin and death (2Pet. 1:2-4). So whenever God’s commandment to obey an unpopular faith (Lk. 18:8/Gal. 2:20) is delivered to us (Jude 1:3), we are simply being taught how to live above the defilements of this world (2Pet. 2:20) or how not to die (2Pet. 1:4)
The strength and blessedness of the New Testament is hinged on resurrection, and the goal of resurrection is to raise man from an estate called flesh (1Pet. 1:24) to one where a believer’s soul is seated with God!
CHRIST IS THE LAW AND DOMINION OF GOD THAT CRUSHES AND HALTS THE DOMINION OF SIN WHEN SUCCESSFULLY INTRODUCED, TAUGHT IN A MANNER THAT ESTABLISHES (Rom. 16:25/Col. 2:7). SIN DREADS THE HIDDEN CIVILIZATION OF GOD’S FAITH – THAT ADAM FAILED TO LEARN AND ADVENTURE!
Creation is beholding men being cultured with the separated life that Adam failed to partake of, men that are increasingly jealous of this life that they have agreed with the Lord that it is their true life and they must inherit it in the days of their flesh. Heaven and earth no doubt don’t share the same definition or interpretation of riches and of poverty.
So the key to multiplying, replenishing the earth, subduing it and having dominion is dependent on one thing – on being fruitful i.e. seeing the subject of Faith like Christ and his apostles did. It begins the day Christ Jesus is being unveiled to a soul (Rom. 16:25-26/Col. 1:27-28).
So the actual answer to our desires is in our souls becoming a new creation – not in corruptible things remaining new.
The gospel of Christ empowers believers to live according to a life that is higher than corruption and superior to the wisdom driving this world; a life that is strictly inspired by things above, things beyond the hearing of the ears and the sight of natural eyes. If we would inherit the same of crown of righteousness that Paul made reference to in 2Tim. 4:8, then we would have to walk by the same spirit of faith like he did, endure the reproaches that accompanies Christ’s riches and appreciate in our inward (soul) state.
The gospel belongs to Christ because Christ owns the power that saves; that separates man from what makes him CARNALLY NATURAL to what would make him DIVINELY NATURAL – i.e. a man with God’s image. The consecration upon Christ causes every soul that comes in contact with him while journeying unto a state and abode called salvation (God), to be kept and given immunity against sin (i.e. against the power of darkness – Acts 26:18).
